Dr. Sohrab Khoshbin
Ph.D., M.Sc., D.N.M., D. Hom., D.Acu.,
T.C.M., D.A.M., C.H.T |
Dr. Khoshbin is a member of AKUNA’s Scientific Advisory Board and
is also a founding member of the Canadian College of Holistic Health
in Toronto, Canada. Over the course of thirty years he has attained
more than 7 different degrees and professional diplomas in the fields
of Nutrition, Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Herbology, Homeopathy,
Organic Chemistry, and Chemical Engineering. Over
the past decades he has utilized innovative, complementary herbal
and nutritional therapies in a clinical private practice.
He has dedicated his work to researching natural medicine and to
the development of herbal medicines and supplements. His efforts
have been instrumental in bringing forth cutting edge products
into the international marketplace. In addition, he serves as President
on the Association of Holistic Healthcare Practitioners, lectures
at York University in Toronto, and has been a featured guest on
many radio programs.

Dr. Jaromir Bertlik

Dr. Bertlik has devoted his medical interests toward the holistic-healing
spectrum and has worked as a Pathology Research Assistant at Sunnybrook
Medical Center in Toronto. He presented his work at the World Pathological
Congress in Amsterdam, Holland in 1987. He also spent several years
as a member of the Neonatology Research Team at the Hospital for
Sick Children in Toronto. In the late 1980’s Dr. Bertlik graduated
from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto as a Doctor
of Naturopathy and currently he operates his own private practice.
As chairman of AKUNA’s Advisory Board, Dr. Bertlik devotes much
of his time to research and studies that focus on the treatment
of cancer, pain and chronic problems, as well as counselling on
nutrition and lifestyle. He is also an expert in the fields of
Biological Medicine, Homotoxicology, Traditional Chinese Medicine,
and Herbal Medicine. Besides being on the board of directors for
Drugless Therapy – Naturopathy in the province of Ontario, he also
teaches as a faculty member at the Canadian College of Naturopathic
Medicine in Toronto, Canada.
